This book helped set me on my path with Ketogenics, thank you for your work and sharing of information. As feedback, the only thing that would have made it better would be to have the option of a PDF download for the initial list of basic foods, the recipes plan - it is a lot to write down as well as time consuming to have to keep rewinding. Certainly for begginers

This is suitable for beginners in the Keto diet. I learned how to start with the diet and be able to sustain it until I get some satisfying results. Plus the recipes are amazing!
