A diet that is effective and worth it!

Would you consider the audio edition of Ketogenic Diet to be better than the print version?

Both edition is best since it is with the same content of the Ketogenic Diet. Useful and very effective for me and my family.

Very pleasing and good quality of voice all throughout the audio book. A good communicator and one of the best story teller.

Excellent cookbook. I learned a lot of fresh ingredients to try here for my diet. The information is so trouble-free and simple to attempt. Too, it as well reviews the return you could get from the diet the methods in here are used for. Unless if you just want to be prepared latest recipes to use at the house, This classic is for you. The ketogenic diet extremely works in losing weight’s love it.
