This book helped set me on my path with Ketogenics, thank you for your work and sharing of information. As feedback, the only thing that would have made it better would be to have the option of a PDF download for the initial list of basic foods, the recipes plan - it is a lot to write down as well as time consuming to have to keep rewinding. Narration is very good.

Awesome book with shopping list and EASY, delicious recipes. This book is great for anyone wanting to get started on low carb/ketogenic but is not sure where to start. I also bought smack fats ketosis strips to go with it to help me know when I am actually in fat burning mode.

FOUR STARS!!

Helpful book. Easy to understand and follow. Great recipes and conversion charts. Gives you a real understanding of how our body breaks down fat as opposed to carbs.
