This book has changed my life

This book has changed my life! Leanne spoke to me. I love her holistic and clean approach. I have highlighted and placed post-it's throughout. Her product and small appliance recommendations are reasonable and make the keto lifestyle transition very easy. I like that she incorporates different veggies and meats into her recipes as well. I highly recommend reading her book.

Yes it does WORK!

Awesome book with shopping list and EASY, delicious recipes. This book is great for anyone wanting to get started on low carb/ketogenic but is not sure where to start. I also bought smack fats ketosis strips to go with it to help me know when I am actually in fat burning mode. Very good information. It is much easier to make lifestyle changes when there is good reasoning and logic behind the changes

Losing Weight and Living Healthy

Easy to understand and follow. Great recipes and conversion charts. Gives you a real understanding of how our body breaks down fat as opposed to carbs,, just starting out on this diet and this book has really helped us get started, great recipes and great information.I suggest this to everyone..
