Lots of information with a good flow...

Would you consider the audio edition of Intermittent Fasting: Weight Loss, Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, Longer Life to be better than the print version?

Yes, I don't have time to listen the print version, so the audio version helped!

Any additional comments?

The book also mentions the precautions to be taken for certain conditions. It was an easy listen with lots of information. It has also been divided into little chapters and had a good flow to the listen, and keeps the reader going.

Excellent and quick listen

This was a great book .This book was very interesting to read .This was my first time listening a book by William Pennington and I must say it won't be my last! This method of fasting is easy, convenient and also doable. I highly recommended to all .
