Excellent Deal

I did the two day fast before I listened to this book. Now it all makes sense! The blood sugar spikes went away. I was not starving. The Himalayan salt water was a huge help. I recommend this book!

A Great Book

A great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle. I already do a modified version of fasting and need to expand my window and eventually work my way into an extended fast. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.

There is a ton of great information in this book. Nice and to the point. I'm just beginning IF and this has gone through everything I need to know especially the transition into it. Highly recommend, extreme value.

Grab It You'll Love It

This is a well written and informative book about Intermittent Fasting. I know here that if is just a way of changing or switching your diet patterns to make sure that I eat during different times in a day. In here, I learn how IF works as well as how I do start. This is just a simple guidebook yet consists of essential details about Intermittent Fasting.
