Complicates it

This author complicates something that is so easy and can help so many people lose weight and become healthier. Narrator mispronounces too many words. I would recommend a different on the subject.

Poor writing read badly

imprecise writing read by someone who can't pronounce the words but doing it loudly. I couldn't get through it.

Not worth the money

this book wasn't worth the money as an audible book. the narrator was difficult to follow, spoke too fast, and mispronounced many words.

Terrible narration and it matters in this case

The narrator does not how to pronounce 80% of terms in this book. Sounds like he is spitting into a microphone the entire time. And somebody please tell him NOT to read the table of contents - this is an Audible book - page numbers do not matter!

Great audiobook for intermittent fasting for weight loss if you can implement it into your lifestyle. I like the concept & how much information about intermittent fasting there is. Not complex, just easy to understand science & how to begin intermittent fasting yourself.

I get confidence to the audiobook.

I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want and i think the audiobook is important in that it helps you break long held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food and you'll be able to have sufficient knowledge and proper guidance in practicing this diet program and i think having specific eating pattern is not that easy,

Easy fast listen and very informative.

Excellent resource. Helps anyone interested in fasting understand the science behind this useful eating strategy.
Fasting is an effective, easy and potentially valuable aid in weight loss and many other metabolic disorders. After listening a few chapters, I started buying copies of the audiobook for my family members.

How did this guy become a narrator?

I couldn't make it to the first chapter. The narrator sounds like Sylvestor Stallone with his mouth full.
