Yes, to glean the info a second time. There are always things you miss the first time through, so I like to re listen to pick them up the second time through.


What did you like best about this story?

I liked the different sections with ways to fast and then the section on "which one" you should choose and which is best for you.


Have you listened to any of Stacy Wilson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I haven't but I liked her voice, very soothing and easy to listen to.

I really would recommend this book to my friends and loved ones. Not only that it would help them lose weight but, they could also benefit a lot from this book. I am pretty sure they would have a strong immune system and overall health improvement, just like me.
