No fluff and stuff, just straight forward eating/fasting and workout routine. Quick but thorough for a short book, I don't want lots of stories and fanfare, just the facts and schedule laid out clearly

Great and very interesting books.

Great and very interesting books. I do like it. This books helped me understand the concept and encouraged me as I entered this journey. I have seen great results with intermittent fasting in conjunction with functional fitness training. Excellent, life-changing books! Made a huge difference in my health already!
