Such an informative book. If you like to eat healthy food this book is for you. The author gives delicious and healthy recipes that you can cook every day for your family.

This book is poorly written- redundant info with little to no basis by which the author makes claims. Jumped all around from point to point.
Poorly performed in a dull monotonous voice. Really bad.
