This is a great read! Good information packed into short and sweet easy to understand. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple months to drop weight.

Fasting idea.

I have been following a Keto diet for a few weeks and am interested in any information on it I can find. This book throws a bit different light on the whole fasting idea. I find that a bit tedious when I want to make a lifestyle change that isn't so all-consuming, so I learned that it can be done by going a little easier.

Good introduction to fasting.

Short succinct no nonsense common sense introduction to fasting. I disagree with the use of zero calorie sodas etc during a fast purely from a health point of view.
