Good intro to intermittent fasting!

The last few chapters were very detailed and helpful. Some chapters were board and I still have unanswered questions. Overall, good intro to intermittent fasting.

Must Listen

This is a must listen especially to beginners. It explains well why intermittent fasting will work for us and also, it explains how it works. I’ve learned a lot! This gave me all the information I needed to begin with my diet. I feel so confident right now!

I love the idea

I love the idea behind intermittent fasting. I really think it's a system I can stick to long term. It makes a ton of sense. Very pleased I went ahead and added this one to my collection. Highly recommend checking it out!

Very clear and precise on how to start IF

I like this book "Intermittent Fasting: Build Muscle, Burn Fat, and Lose Weight Fast with Intermittent Fasting" because it is easy to understand and easy to implement. The content and narration are excellent and very practical. I'm excited now because I KNOW I can have an eating and fasting pattern like this one and a newbie like me won't have issues with it.

Great book

There are nice and effective tips for consuming reduction here. The benefits of intermittent fasting are just tremendous. You should read about all them. It is very motivative. Meal plans for feast days are simple and tempting. As well as recipes from this book. And the turkey taco is my favorite one.

This book was very eye-opening.

This book was very eye-opening. I discovered that losing those stubborn pounds isn't really as hard as I think and that all it requires is the right methods. Follow the right methods, and get the results you desire.
