What was one of the most memorable moments of Intermittent Fasting: A Nutritionist's Guide to Lose Belly Fat Whilst Eating What You Want - It's Simpler Than You Think?
This book does a great job of explaining why, and why working through that is worth it and will lead to lower sugar levels .I loved to have this wonderful guide.

This book answered many questions related to how fasting can better improve health. I heard of fasting for weight loss and health several years ago, but thought it sounded scary. Now that I eat a high fat, low carb diet, it truly does make fasting so easy. And I love how I feel. This book will really motivate you to have healthy lifestyle and get fit. This book taught me how to implement it in my every world. A very quick and easy read. Highly recommended this book to those looking to change their dieting habits.
