Really worth recommending!

This book is great for people who knows the meal-planning principles for muscle building but simply need ideas on what to eat. It is absolutely loaded with delicious recipes. This book is very easy to hear, right to the point. I found it knowledgeable yet simple. Thanks William Fisher!

What did this book have to do with Macros

What disappointed you about IIFYM And Flexible Dieting: If It Fits Your Macros?

I was hoping for a book explaining counting Macros and getting a better idea of that. This was a just an overall on dieting in general.

Any additional comments?

Was inexpensive and short listen so I am ok with payment but the name was deceiving. The 3 loose fat quick diets (before Paleo) seemed awfully "sales based"

Great guide book!

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. The book is well organized & thought out. The recipes are easy to follow and I am enjoying trying them out. I work full time and this book provides everything from snacks to meals and they're not too complicated either.
