What disappointed you about IIFYM And Flexible Dieting: If It Fits Your Macros?
I was hoping for a book explaining counting Macros and getting a better idea of that. This was a just an overall on dieting in general.

Was inexpensive and short listen so I am ok with payment but the name was deceiving. The 3 loose fat quick diets (before Paleo) seemed awfully "sales based"
Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. The book is well organized & thought out. The recipes are easy to follow and I am enjoying trying them out. I work full time and this book provides everything from snacks to meals and they're not too complicated either.
It is simple and limpid for every readers. This book really prescribes you if it fits you. It allows you to understand all the cores for you to achieve a healthy lifestyle. I recommend this book.
