Healthy is very important.

This is very good book i loved it all the informations are very useful.Eating every four hours as well.Author shares his personal experience on weight loss and inspires more into calorie counting and green smoothies. I myself have lost 40 pounds in 6 months with calorie counting. It's short and practical book.
