If you’re looking for a guide to start a vegetarian diet, this isn’t it. It reads like a lack-luster college term paper with more opinions than facts. You hear the words “I think” “maybe” and “perhaps” a lot.
When I purchased this book -I thought I would be taken down the road of how to be a Vegetarian, things to eat as a beginner and so on. This book was more like what not to eat on a science level.
It had was very good information.
