Very clear and engineered approach.

I made this book my daily guide, every time I start feeling anxiety I remember lines from that book and act according to the steps described in the book, and amazingly, REBT is working!
As a computer engineer I have scientific approach to things, I fit best to this excellent book logic. It's simple, witty and has no loose ends. Everything is streched out and good explained. There is touch on every subject, even sex and anger. Although, I think, anger management subject should have been developed some more. But anyway, if you're an engineer have a scientific approach, you suffer from frequent anxiety, panic attacks and it's physical consequences, this book is for you!

I found this book to be a great listen, we'll written by Albert Ellis and great narrating by Stephen O'Hara. I use the information in my counselling sessions as well in my every day living. I highly recommend this audio book.
