Perfect for the beginner !
This book was interesting choice for an audio format. But it works! James offers simple quick tips to get you in shape while motivating you to do so. He mentions URL address where you can download the visual and instructional portions of the exercises if you choose to. If you are new to exercise and fitness this is an easy first step to get you moving in the right direction.
I have not listened to any book quite like this one.
Matt does an excellent job of oration. I enjoy the sound and tempo of his voice.
