It claims it covers high intensity workouts for running, etc. not really. For a short book, it spends a chunk of time explaining why exercise is beneficial and how to do a push up or sit up. I wasn't looking for a basic exercise book. I was looking for some new ideas. This book did not provide that for me.

less than basic. entire book should have been a single page of information. in fact. this is a summary. go fast, rest, repeat.
I can't recall if this was a free download or if i paid for it. the info presented in here is what you can get for free elsewhere, Inc YouTube which is far more illustrative. the best thing about the book is you can hear it as you do other things (ironing, walking etc).
