this book came across to me like it was tailored to the lazy or unwilling. Of course living a healthier lifestyle is difficult. Of course living a healthier lifestyle is going to require some work. That's exactly what the problem is. The problem is that convenience has gotten so far ahead of everybody that now having to cook a meal that's healthy and nutritious is too much work. I don't believe that nutrition is work. I believe that nutrition is a lifestyle and unless your life revolves around eating healthy and being healthy you will never truly be a healthy person. now I know, this guy must not ever work. actually I'm a business owner of multiple different businesses and I work a lot. Probably more than most. That being said I'm not going to put my work or making money in front of my health. my health and the health of my family are my number one priority and I intend to keep it that way. put aside all the crap that you have to do and cook a healthy meal. 1 healthy meal can last you a day or two. It's really not that hard as long as you put forth a little bit of effort period still a decent Read glad I spent some time on it there are a few good things that came of it

I found this small book,narrated nicely by Ben Kass,to be full of information backed by studies and science.Common sense also comes into play in this book.Keep it fresh,read labels,don't believe everything you read and keep drinking water....I knew.Eat early?I did not know that!Give this a listen for some good information!<br/>I did have one issue with this audible version,there were sentences and words repeated during one full chapter in this book.<br/>"I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review via AudiobookBlast or MalarHouse dot com"<br/>
