A well balanced book.I'm fairly new in this debate but found this book very interesting.I was actually impressed by how much useful information is gathered in such a short book.Some delicious diet recipes has also been provided in this book which I can try at home.A lot of effective techniques has also been provided in this book.Author has described every single thing very clearly with some proper explanation.One of the best book in this side.Highly recommended.

“Gluten-Free Diet for Beginners” begins by explaining what Gluten is and how a gluten free diet is good for your health. There are some great recipes included in this guidebook, covering, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack & deserts. The recipes are nice and varied with clear instructions. Definitely worth it if you or a loved one has a gluten sensitivity.
