This class has been devised by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga professional, and contains postures that are performed in both sitting and laying positions. Sue uses clear and concise instructions to introduce postures that will gently mobilize and release tension from the body without placing stress on any joints.
The class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body; it continues with a number of postures, including a spinal twist and a seated forward bend. The class then concludes with a longer guided relaxation.
