excellent book.,,Most of the book is recipes that are made specifically for the different stages of GAPS. Even though the early stages are very restrictive, the recipes are still tasty and they don't get boring. This is the cookbook I have started to recommend to friends and family when nothing else seems to work. If you suffer from health problems, this cookbook is worth its weight in gold

best sourse for quality gaps recipes

Gaps is an amazing diet for feeling like yourself again. It solves a surprising number of health issues but if you are skeptical just give it a try and you'll be a believer.

This cookbook explains the Gaps diet but it is mostly recipes which is good because there aren't enough quality Gaps recipes out there. All recipes are fully Gaps compliant and even if you aren't doing Gaps you can eat them with a family member who is and still enjoy them. They taste great
