Has From Flab to Fab turned you off from other books in this genre?

How could the performance have been better?

The narrators accent just grated on me, I couldn't finish listening.

Do you think From Flab to Fab needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

As I didn't finish it, I couldn't say.

Any additional comments?

Good informational book for all if you can stand the narration.
