The book is really fun and engaging, the recipes are fantastic and well explained,no special techniques are required while preparing the recipes described, i must say that since the first to the last page, i have enjoyed everything, there are also explanations on what to eat during a type of exercise,it has been a great experience, I highly recommend!!

This book offers you information on the best way to eat the foods you like while still gaining the sculpted body you are looking for. This book brings your attention to calories, protein, carbs, and fats. Then the book offers some recipes that look super yummy. I have found this book a great source of information that will be useful no matter what diet I choose to follow.

Would you consider the audio edition of Flexible Dieting and IIFYM Cookbook to be better than the print version?

The Flexible Dieting Cookbook on a recommendation by my neighbor to reduce my blood pressure, after a month not only has my blood pressure dropped OVER 30 points I've lost 15 pounds!! I have found some really delicious recipes that I can't wait to try. I also enjoyed the little extras that the author had about different things. It's really more than my expectation. Overall i m very happy to get this book.
