Opening your eyes to try something new.
Personally, I do enjoy the book more because I feel like I need to be in a quiet setting to thoroughly enjoy a book, But if you are a busy person with little free time than I reccomend to listen to this audio book while reading, walking, or even working out.
This book influenced me to take physically activity to a whole new level. I hope to try other sports that I had not tried earlier such as running a marathon or even trying to spend a few more days out of my week in the gym, because after reading this book I learned that you ultimately control what happens to you body whether that be positive or negative way.
