Fitness

I found this to actually BE motivational!Matt Addis did fine narration for this book.I did not check out the accompanying pdf.“I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.”

Great!

This was a really helpful audiobook that has helped me get off to the right start in 2018. I'll listen to this one again when I need a little motivation pick me up. Great narration. HIghly recommend!

Highly recommended audio version

Would you consider the audio edition of Fitness & Exercise Motivation to be better than the print version?

The narration flows perfectly and nicely sets the tone for this book, from page one.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fitness & Exercise Motivation?

Its nice to realise that even the pros have moments where their motivation and commitment are tested. I'm not alone! I can relate to the intro particularity. I've skipped gym sessions in the past when the weather has looked a bit grim.. I too cycle to gym!.

What does Matt Addis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

The narrator was an excellent choice for this book. His voice not only creates vivid imagery but is also clear and concise during the more practical parts of the book

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

The books has 2 halves really and thats how I listened to it initially. I now have parts I jump to when I require a little 'pep talk'.

Any additional comments?

All in all, this is a nice little guide on mindset that can be revisited when things get tough.

Great listen - About fitness and life

I really enjoyed this. Although the focus is on fitness, it is also about life and tips to become successful through developing dedication and visualising what is possible. The important aspect was have to achieve the vision. Well done and I will have to listen to this again...and again.
