This book will help you learn more about Intermittent Fasting. This is your guide on how you will have the perfect body you always wanted to have. Be able to lose weight properly and eliminate those unwanted fats in your body.

The book gave real value.

This is a great read! Good information packed into short and sweet easy to understand. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple months to drop weight.

Highly recommend this book

It has changed our eating habits for the better as well as our cholesterol and blood pressure and glucose levels! That kind of says it all. BTW, we are senior citizens....if we benefited from this book, you can, too!
