This is a great read! Good information packed into short and sweet easy to understand. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple months to drop weight.
It has changed our eating habits for the better as well as our cholesterol and blood pressure and glucose levels! That kind of says it all. BTW, we are senior citizens....if we benefited from this book, you can, too!
