I really enjoy all the sleep learning systems. I never fall asleep faster than when I do using these. My boyfriend used to laugh about my hippie bulls#!+ but now loves them. They start off with a meditation to help you fall asleep, I'm usually out by then but I have scanned and listened to other parts as well just to see what was said after I was asleep, there's about a half hour or so of relaxing music then goes into a half hour to a hour of self advermations (spelling ) then another hour of music and back and forth until the end. I put this in because one review says it's just music and that made me almost not buy this one but I have used one of the smaller 2 hour ones before and liked it so decided to try it, I think the reviewer didn't listen to the full 8 hours perhaps? I really enjoy though, I always feel in a better mood the next day, I suffer from depression and anxiety and after using one I have been able to focus more and not be immobilized by it. My therapist has told me that there are studies that prove these type of things do work ( not sure if any studies on these exact systems) but hey worst case if you have trouble sleeping you'll get great sleep!

This is several general meditations, and not particularly good ones. There is a vague allusion to weight loss in the first meditation but it is vaguely stated and unhelpful. What you get is very different than what is described.

Been using this for about two weeks , I think it's working I am not tempted to buy anything I feel is not good for me? Christmas will be the big test.
