Honestly, I have read/listened to a lots of Ketogenic book but this one is unique and awesome. Well-written book!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! Aside for it was well-written, lots of recipes inside are mouth-watering also easy to prepare. That's why I would definitely recommend this book not only for a friend of mine but also to anyone!

What did you like best about this story?

How to cook fast and how to prepare each recipes. Also very clear instructions and easy to follow with.

Have you listened to any of Stephanie Murphy’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Not yet but I hope to hear in the near future.

No because need to practice and prepare the recipes inside.
