Missing Something?

While listening to this audio book, Leslie keeps mentioning an accompanying CD that has important journals, quizzes, and other items.

As with her other book, I would recommend purchasing the printed book if you want to use this plan.

Missing information

This is a very frustrating audiobook as there are no accompanying materials that are constantly referred to - journals, exercise guides, etc. These are downloadable from a CD - why haven't they been made available to Audible customers? I have downloaded pdf written material from other Audible books I have purchased so it must be possible.
