This book provides good information that makes sense. Following the suggestions in the book and avoiding foods the book says I should be avoiding for my blood type does actually make a positive difference in how I feel.
The narrator speaks clearly, but is somewhat dull to listen to. The content is short though so it does not take long to get through. I enjoy audio books so I can listen in my car and incorporate extra books that I want to read, but do not have time to. This book was great to listen to and the information was easy to understand while listening, but I would recommend buying the hard-copy of the companion book Cook Right For Your Type, which has detailed lists of foods for each blood type along with a lot of recipes and good information, it helps a lot.

I found this book easy to navigate and easier to hear nutritional information versus reading it. Liked the reader voice a lot and found the information a nice introduction to the blood type diet.
