What made the experience of listening to Dash Diet the most enjoyable?
Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, also because of my chronic anxiety I often have hypertension, so I really wanted to avoid taking any additional meds and I decided to try out the DASH diet. This DASH diet book has some very tasty recipes and a seven-day meal plan that I decided to follow. Since then, I feel much better and my high blood pressure decreased a little bit. But more importantly this audiobook gave me huge enthusiasm that I can actually get well without medications and start living healthier without being on some strict diets. I highly recommend this author's work.
