Interesting and very well written book about Dash.

What did you like best about this story?

Great book for those who are looking to be healthy and fit. It also has recipes which are clear to follow and have easy to buy ingredients. I wish to recommend this cook book to anyone.

I think I will like this book, as I recently began to explore the DASH diet for health reasons. The menus, recipes and shopping lists in this book seem that they will make it easy to follow the DASH diet, which is good for me, because I am a chronic diet dropout.
