What did you love best about DASH Diet?
I've never heard of the dash diet. Upon listening it's a simple concept. Cut out salt (sodium) which will lead to lowering blood pressure. Of course there are some other pieces of it to help lose weight, but it's a nice change from the usual fad diets.
Which character – as performed by Charles King – was your favorite?
I really enjoyed the performance.

Amazing Recipes to Lose Weight
I just received this and haven't tried any recipes yet. But I really like what I have seen and am ready to try them. Most of the recipes I could make with items I already have, I like that I won't have to go and buy a lot of extra stuff that I may only use once!
