Best diet book

Would you listen to DASH Diet: again? Why?

Sure, Dash Diet is very good for health. We must follow this types of diet to keep our body in control.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I like many diet plans from this book. Totally 10 chapters and last chapter consists of 128 plans.

What about Eddie Leonard Jr.’s performance did you like?

Done a great job. clear audio, easily understandable. Everyone must follow.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I like the 2nd chapter WHERE DID THE DASH DIET COMES FROM/

I suggest it foe all.

perfect sense

Awesome book.................The goal is to make permanent lifestyle changes..If you're not interested in those changes, don't bother. I strongly recommend this book as it is just common sense and so easy to understand the how and why's.

This DASH book is so great. In this entire book is a healthy eating plan based on typical foods and recipes of Dash diet style cooking. Definitely Recommended!!
