It is a positive lifestyle change that works. Since it focuses on recipes, it only provides brief but concise information in regards to clean eating.

The recipes are also great! They are just simple but surely, they are very healthy. I rate it with 5 stars because I'm satisfied of the recipes when I tried making the desserts.
