What disappointed you about Chill Out Yoga - for Tummy Toning?
The quality of the voice was very poor. Then the instructor alotted about 1/3 the 13 minutes to just laying face up. This is only 13 minutes, one would not expect a long period of laying down in a short tummy toning workout. If this workout was a full hour, a 5 minute session laying flat would be great!
What was most disappointing about Amanda Latchmore’s story?
Poor quality recording... sounded like she was in her bathroom recording this.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
A few good core-workout moves, but not enough.
Any additional comments?
Make it longer or cut the time "relaxing" at the end... reserve that for the short "Relaxation" recording (which I also have.)
