I DIDNT KNOW CHEWING TOBACCO WAS THAT BAD

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was amazed but how much chewing tobacco can actually affect your ability to gain muscle. I thought it was better than smoking, but boy was I wrong!
