This workout was more intense than Insanity!
It's hard to find a good workout guide these days, but this one knocked it out of the ballpark. This workout audiobook had me sweating like no other. This guide was extremely useful and provided tons of content in regards to how certain exercises are performed and other beneficial tips that helps me lose over 50 pounds!

I just loved all the exercises. I also loved how the author described each exercise with great detail, and made it easy to understand for someone who's not that experienced.
