Very nice book for beginners

Gives a good understanding of nutrition and the fundamental of how your body reacts to calisthenics and weight training. I have list lot about calisthenics,from different book.i could find more comprehensive ,well structure and straight forward information provided other than this book.this complete book.

Good for male

A healthy workout routine guide. Full body training styles and patterns disclosed in this book. Recommended for men. Good one to get started! There are basic exercises for legs, back, core, chest and shoulders. There is even a plan for combining all those exercises so you can build up the whole body. There are pictures of how to perform those exercises properly. I would recommend it for beginners.
