In this book I have learn the point of view from neuroscience on how to improve one’s memory in the simplest way. I have also learn the dos and don’ts and how to utilize the five senses of our body to keep us more advantage.
Helpful tips that we can apply right away.

This is a great guide book.

This is a great guide book, it is worth to money. True,that our brain need some exercise especially as we age,This book provides you with step by step instructions on techniques to improve your memory,Using the five senses brain training.It also introduced some food that are really helpful to our brain. An impressive guide that i've learn a lot, the benefits and it's really easy to understand. I Highly recommend this book.

Glad I got this audible.

Learn what cognitive behavioral therapy is and how it actually helps people! I am so happy I found this book. This is exactly what I needed to learn. I highly recommend it! Easy to listen, easy to learn, tapping should be on everyone's to do list. Nick briefly gives us the history and science behind EFT and clear instructions on how to use it for ourselves.
