My health is so much better now!

This book was an eye opener for me. I've always wondered why I have such a hard time digesting certain foods--especially proteins. Since I started following the guidelines for my blood type in combination with intermittent fasting I've lost 60 lbs in 6 months and I feel the healthiest I've felt in a long time. My blood pressure is down, blood sugar, A1C, are at record lows for me. Highly recommend this book.

My health is so much better now!

I first heard about this diet about 12 years ago when I was visiting a naturopathic physician. I didn't follow the plan then but tucked the information away for later. Later came about four months ago. I've been overweight, tired and hormonal. I was having trouble losing weight, and my cholesterol was sky high, and the doctor was threatening to start me on meds. When doing some reading on weight loss, I came across the eat right 4 your blood type diet. I remembered the naturopath bringing it to my attention and decided to give it a try.
