My health is so much better now!

This book was an eye opener for me. I've always wondered why I have such a hard time digesting certain foods--especially proteins. Since I started following the guidelines for my blood type in combination with intermittent fasting I've lost 60 lbs in 6 months and I feel the healthiest I've felt in a long time. My blood pressure is down, blood sugar, A1C, are at record lows for me. Highly recommend this book.

Personalized Diets

I have no doubt whatsoever that this diet is right for me and is contributing to my weight loss. Granted, eating less fat and more veggies is bound to help most people. But I'd tried that before, but I still ate several foods on my avoid list...this may have contributed to my failing to lose weight. I don't know...all I do know is that I've lost 15 pounds in the last two months and I've been following this diet. I can't vouch for a blood type A and B. I was recommended by a client of mine to get this book I haven't read it the whole way through but from what I've read so far it's very informative glad that I bought it thank you very much
