Very superficial book

It is a very superficial book. In fact it is not a book. The narrator keeps giving a sort of an overview of the chapters and then when I thought it would begin it simply ended. very frustrating.

Intuitive eating, I must admit, was kind of a stretch for me. I didn't really understand it very much and thought it was another fad. Listening to this audio helped me to understand that that is not the case, and I really think that anybody who listens to this audio will feel the same.

very poor and little info

covers symptoms of binge eating briefly. what binge eating is briefly. Bushes over intuitive eating and mindful eating. learnt nothing new and already knew most of this without anyone's help. would of been nice to have more in-depth about each. Doesn't look at core of why we have binge eating issues or that those issues also need dealing with. Do not reccomend at all. everything said you can find free on Google

Informative and interesting guide

The topic on binge eating is quite sensitive, as most people would think that binge eating is a bad habit and is usually socially unacceptable. I admire how the author managed to present the idea in a simple and concise manner. I absolutely agree to the fact that binge eating is correlated to emotional eating, and that this correlation should be considered as an alarm or sign for those who are more inclined to either situation.
