Intermittent Fasting isn't as hard as I thought!
At first I thought Intermittent Fasting (IF, as the author calls it) was something that was really extreme and difficult, but through listening to this book I've found otherwise. IF can be as short as taking 8-10 hours off of eating (which many of us do during sleeping anyway), and can be a great way to take control of eating habits in order to break binge eating cycles and lose weight.
