Self esteem is the key

What made the experience of listening to Atkins Diet - It Starts with You the most enjoyable?

The difference between this book and others is its focusing on self confidence and self esteem. If you don't, each diet plan is fruitless.

What did you like best about this story?

Actually I appreciated the focusing on yome, non on the meal.
However I'd appreciate more recipes, enough for one full year... ;)

What does Christy Wurzbach bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The reader brings to the story her very warm voice.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Of course the reciped have to be tried one by one. Audio is very helpful.
