Benefits of Ashwagandha.
Very informing book! The book gives details on the herb from how to grow it to its many uses. Excellent synopsis of the properties of this amazing herb. What I like about this book is the fact the author took the time to read other books and provide a bibliography section showing where the information can be found amazing guidebook for people who want to understand and learn what Ashwagandha. Each recipe has a brief description of the benefits of the ingredients that have been included in this recipe. I would recommend this book.
