I enjoyed learning how certain foods can be especially bad for your body. The most challenging aspect was finding out which foods to leave out of my healthy eating plan. I am definitely recommending this book to everyone I know.

This is an excellent book that helped keep me off of prescription medication. I was having constant side pain that I thought was caused by my intestine or some other problem. My doctor sent me through a series of extensive testing. After all of the testing they couldn’t find what was wrong but she prescribed a medication anyway. I read the Anti-Inflammatory Elimination Diet and guess what? The pain in my side went away. I was able to isolate my food and identify which foods were causing a negative effect on my system. When I eliminated a certain food I felt like new. It turns out the pain was caused from one of the foods that I was eating. Sound simple but I suffered a long time and never realized that the pain was caused by a food I was eating. This book helped me strategically identify which food was negatively affecting me. It saved me from taking medication that probably would not have treated the problem. The diet was easy to follow and provided excellent advice. Thanks for keeping me healthy.
