Anti-Inflammatory Resources

I found this book very helpful in my quest to reduce inflammation. The recipes are proving a wonderful resource, giving me fresh ideas for foods I have not thought of. I also appreciated the information on what to eat and - more importantly - what to avoid.

Nutritious but delicious

I’ve had some problems with bloating and pain for a while so was interested in what I could apply from this diet to help me. I was really shocked to learn what inflammation can cause but was relieved to learn that steps can be taken to control, manage and in some circumstances even reverse the effects of chronic inflammation.
I have a whole list of foods I am going to be adding to my diet and more importantly a bunch I will be taking away, but I am super excited to try some of these recipes, they really sound not only nutritious but delicious.

Delicious collection of recipes

I’ve had some problems with bloating and discomfort for a while and a friend suggested to me making some changes in my diet to see what was causing me trouble. I bought this book to help educate myself and I was really interested as to what I could apply from this diet to help me.
I have a whole list of foods I am going to be adding to my diet and more importantly a bunch I will be taking away, but I am super excited to try some of these recipes, they really sound not only nutritious but delicious.

This audio book is a great find, offering ways to help you reduce chronic inflammation and feel better, with many good recipes and ways to improve your lifestyle too. The great thing about the anti-inflammatory diet is that you can still use plenty of fruits and vegetables when preparing meals. You can learn which foods to avoid, so stay away from sugars or saturated fats! I would recommend trying the simple action plan suggested by the author as well as the suggested meal menus and activities to help reduce and prevent the inflammation.
