If you guys are looking for ways to incorporate more fruits vegetables spices and my favorite of all turmeric in your diet, then this is a very helpful book. It teaches you how to slip in blue berries and kale into wonderful dishes so they are not bland. Nutrients such as zinc and beta ceratine are mentioned which is very insightful for a audible book not written by a medical professional. I spend a lot of time doing nutritional research and the fact that the information on here mostly matches up is why I recommend this book while also doing your own independent research.

This audio book is a great find, offering ways to help you reduce chronic inflammation and feel better, with many good recipes and ways to improve your lifestyle too. The great thing about the anti-inflammatory diet is that you can still use plenty of fruits and vegetables when preparing meals. You can learn which foods to avoid, so stay away from sugars or saturated fats! I would recommend trying the simple action plan suggested by the author as well as the suggested meal menus and activities to help reduce and prevent the inflammation.
