idea helpful book

My partner had a bad flare up recently and tried to do a quick of inflammation causing foods. This meal plan turned out to be just what the doctor ordered! Honestly, even if you aren't a big believer in food being capable of reducing inflammation, you will be convinced if you stick to this meal plan .
