This book is full of advice how to decrease pain and inflammation. It advises on food that decreases inflammation. Good food choices are beneficial even if you do not have inflammation or autoimmune disease. Small changes in food choices can help. It is only 39 minutes of jour time to learn useful information. The narrator did a good job. Liked the pleasant voice, speed and tone. Will definitely listen to more audiobooks narrated by Caroline McLaughlin.
I would recommend this book to people with inflammatory and autoimmune diseases or anybody interested in dietetics.

Not long enough to judge
Although the book begins by information about the chemicals involved in inflammation, it does not fully explain the imbalances. The paleo diet is basically this books cure all for inflammation, migraines, energy, mobility, and others I can't remember. This is merely an intro to paleo only gives enough info on this diet to warrant further research. I did like the narrator's voice but was not impressed with the information imparted in this audiobook.
